Moving To Missouri Will Be A Huge Change

I have lived in Boston for most of my life and I love the environment. The only time I have resided elsewhere was when I went to Hartford, Connecticut to attend college. I always imagined I would stay here until the end of my days, but it seems there has been a change of plans.

My sister and I were watching an episode of one of those house hunting shows and we decided that New Parkville, Missouri looks like a place we would love. The people on the show were able to get a decent home without spending so much they would have to go for broke. We did a bit of research and it seems like the housing market is great for buyers.

Since neither of us has ever been there, we decided that the next time we have a vacation we are going to check it out. I know that the state gets a bad rap because of all of the violence and stuff that happens in St. Louis, but I am sure that every part of Missouri is not the same.

The only thing I am worried about is being able to find great cuisine when we get there. I consider myself a foodie and it would be difficult for me to live in a place that does not have all of the things that I like. A great sushi place and good Indian food are at the top of that list.

If we like the area, we plan to move there in the next year or two. It will take some time to get used to living in a new area, but it is worth it to find a great home that we can live in without spending a small fortune.
